Shipping options

Letter: Smaller orders will be shipped as letter.
Postal package: Orders who not fit as letter will be send as postal package.

Shipping time

If you pay with Paypal or Payzon, most orders are processed and on their way to you within 24 hours.
Any item that is listed on your order as a backorder will be shipped as soon as it becomes available via standard shipping.
Backorders will not be charged additionalshipping.

Damaged during shipment
If you package was damaged during the shipping, contakt info@loveknitting.se and decribe the problem. Please send a picture of the damaged if it is possible.
